At HomeFitnessCode, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fitness equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, tools, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger treadmill units.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
